My account

To shop at groupecoiff.com, you need to create a professional account. Simply go online and click on the "My Account" link at the bottom of every page on the website. We'll guide you through the process. Not yet registered with us as a professional? Please let us know when you register. We need proof that you are a beautician, hairdresser or other professional. Opening your account is quick and easy, and GROUPE COIFF guides you step by step. If you are a professional customer, your account will be finalized immediately once our teams have validated your proof.
Click on "LOST PASSWORD?" where you usually enter your login data. Then follow the instructions to reset it.

If you go to the "My account" section, you'll see a section entitled "My addresses" and "My contact details". You can modify your data by clicking on them.

Are you a professional in the world of hairdressing or beauty, or a student in this field? If so, you need to open a professional account with Groupe Coiff.

The Groupe Coiff Professional Account is intended exclusively for professionals and students working in the beauty or hairdressing industry. As a holder of such an account, you'll be able to make purchases at wholesale rates reserved exclusively for professionals.

You'll also benefit from exclusive promotions throughout the year. Thanks to our regular magazine, we can keep you informed of any exceptional offers.

There's nothing complicated about it! You can do this directly online or in-store. However, you'll need to bring proof of your professional status to finalize your registration.

On groupecoiff.com, you can pay for your orders by :

  • Credit card: with the option of paying in 4 instalments free of charge up to a certain threshold (including VAT) (contact us for more information);

Deliveries

For standard products, delivery times are between 3 and 7 days. Count on 3 to 7 weeks for made-to-measure products (including choice of options, Skaï color, etc.). These delivery times are not fixed, and may fluctuate according to carrier constraints. GROUPE COIFF cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

As soon as payment has been made, we start preparing your order. An e-mail is then sent to you to inform you of the departure of the parcel with the carrier's tracking number, enabling you to follow its progress.

Deliveries are usually made on the first floor. It is therefore necessary for you to be present at the time of delivery. We offer you the possibility of scheduling a delivery by appointment. You must specify this when you place your order, and this service may be invoiced accordingly.

Problems placing an order? There are many reasons for this:

  • Check that your payment card is still valid;

You'll find all the details of your parcel there. You can also use the link sent to you by your carrier, regardless of the type of delivery (Point Relais or La Poste).

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 days of order completion. Packages are sent to our carrier partner, who takes care of delivery to relay points or via La Poste.

You will receive an e-mail from the carrier with a tracking number and further information about your package. Delivery times are non-contractual. They are for information only and GROUPE COIFF cannot be held responsible for any delays due to transport.

After placing your order, please wait 3 days before checking if your package has been shipped. If the "My orders" section of your Groupe Coiff account indicates that your package has been shipped, please check your junk mail or email inbox.

First of all, check that your order is indeed shipped. To do this, go to "Your account", then click on "My orders". Please check the status of your delivery with the tracking number received from the carrier on their website if your products appear as shipped, but you still haven't received them.

From the day of shipment, if you still have a problem after 4 days, please use your order number to contact us so that we can help you resolve it.

At GROUPE COIFF, we do our utmost to ensure that your parcels reach you in full and on time. However, there may be exceptions which we would like to remedy. Has your order arrived damaged? Refuse delivery, don't open it and contact our customer service department. If only some items in the parcel are damaged, please take photos of them and contact us directly so that we can arrange a return or replacement.

You have 14 days from the date of payment to cancel your order. If the product is not to your liking on receipt, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. Please note, however, that withdrawal rights do not apply to sealed or personalized items.

All equipment and components are guaranteed for 3 years by GROUPE COIFF. During this period, we are at your disposal to replace your defective items or send you the damaged part.

Returns

In order to process your request as quickly as possible, we need to check the warranty and arrange a refund or replacement. First, make sure your return request is processed within 14 days of order delivery. Return the items in their original packaging, ensuring that they have not been used, worn or altered. Use the return label we provided to send your package back to us. Please note that a small fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

Except for defects and for reasons of hygiene, we do not accept returns of: brushes, combs, hair extensions, used electronics and scissors. Packaging must remain intact and items must be returned in their original condition.
