Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing any order on Groupecoiff.com.

2. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to any order placed on the Groupecoiff.com website, by professional or private clients, for the purchase of furniture, accessories, and equipment for hairdressing, beauty, and wellness.
Any order implies the full and entire acceptance by the Customer of these general conditions.

Product Information

The products are accurately described (features, dimensions, visuals, colors, options).
Photographs and visuals are non-contractual; only the description is binding.
Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site and while stocks last.

4. Price

Prices are shown in euros, excluding tax (HT) and including all taxes (TTC), in accordance with current regulations (Articles L112-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code).
The applicable VAT rate is the one in effect at the time of the order.
Prices do not include shipping costs, which are charged separately and specified before final confirmation.
For professionals, the price before tax is displayed first; for individuals, the price including tax is highlighted.
Prices may be changed at any time without notice, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
In case of a manifest display error, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
The products remain the property of Groupe Coiff until full payment (retention of title clause - art. 2367 of the Civil Code).
A detailed invoice (pre-tax, VAT, total) is sent with each order.

5. Order and Validation

The Customer selects their items, options, and quantities, then confirms their cart after verification.
The mandatory information (identity, address, contact details, etc.) must be accurate and up-to-date.
The order is final after validation of the secure payment.
A confirmation email is systematically sent to the Client.
The seller reserves the right to refuse any order in case of prior dispute or inaccurate information.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full upon ordering, in euros, by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or any other method offered on the site.
In case of non-payment, the order will neither be validated nor shipped.
Orders are processed and prepared only after payment has been received.

7. Delivery

Delivery guaranteed in metropolitan France, Corsica, and the European Union (other destinations upon quote).
Delivery times are indicative and communicated at the time of order. A delay cannot justify a request for compensation or cancellation.
Shipping is free.
The Customer must check the condition of the goods upon receipt and refuse any damaged packages, by immediately issuing a reservation with the carrier and informing the seller within 48 hours.
In case of an incorrect address, return shipping fees will be charged to the Client.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

8.1 Timelines and Terms

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, individual customers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or incur any penalties.

8.2 Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or products made to measure according to the Customer's specifications (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

8.3 Procedure and Fees

All withdrawal requests must be sent in writing to contact@groupecoiff.com, mentioning the order number.
Items must be returned complete, unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the Customer, including for customized furniture in the exceptional case of return acceptance.
No returns will be accepted without prior agreement from customer service.

8.4 Reimbursement

The refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product, excluding the initial shipping costs.

9. Warranties

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
For any warranty request, please contact contact@groupecoiff.com with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem.

10. Responsibility

The seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse, non-conforming installation, or product modifications by the Customer.
Groupe Coiff's liability for any damages will be limited to the amount of the order.

11. Intellectual Property

All content (texts, photos, descriptions, logos) on Groupecoiff.com is the exclusive property of Groupe Coiff or its partners.
All reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

12. Personal Data

The data collected is necessary for processing orders and managing customer relationships.
They are processed in compliance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act.
The Client has a right to access, rectify, and object to their data, exercisable by email at contact@groupecoiff.com.

13. Governing Law – Dispute Resolution

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable settlement. Otherwise, the courts of the registered office of Groupe Coiff will have sole jurisdiction.
