GC general conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Groupe Coiff, by a professional in the hairdressing and beauty sector or by an individual.

Article 1 – Objet

Groupe Coiff offers professionals in the hairdressing and beauty sector a selection of products as well as a customisation service.

Article 2 – Commande

The Customer may place an order online on the Groupecoiff.com website, by post or by telephone.

Article 3 – Prix et paiement

The price of products and services is that indicated on the Groupecoiff.com website when the order is placed. The prices are indicated in euros and are exclusive of tax.

Le client doit régler sa commande par carte bancaire, virement bancaire ou chèque. Les commandes réglées par chèque seront validées après encaissement.

Article 4 – Livraison

The products ordered will be delivered in accordance with the conditions indicated when the order was placed. Delivery is possible in mainland France, Corsica and Europe.

Products are delivered by a carrier to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Groupe Coiff cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery attributable to the carrier.

Article 5 – Réception des produits

The customer must check the condition of the products upon delivery and unloading. In the event of damaged products, the customer must immediately inform the carrier and the Coiff Group.

Article 6 – Retour des produits

Customers may return products purchased from Groupe Coiff under the following conditions:

– Les produits doivent être retournés dans leur emballage d’origine, non-utilisés et accompagnés de leur facture et bon de livraison.

– Les produits doivent être retournés à l’adresse suivante : 6 Rue de Ris 91170 Viry-Châtillon

– Le client doit prendre en charge les frais de retour des produits.

– Les produits personnalisés ne peuvent pas être retournés.

Article 7 – Garantie

The Groupe Coiff guarantees its products against any manufacturing or material defect for a period of 2 years.

Article 8 – Responsabilité

Groupe Coiff cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the use of products sold by Groupe Coiff.

Article 9 – Droit applicable

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.

Article 10 – Litiges

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and performance of these terms and conditions shall be referred to the competent courts of Créteil.
